Fashion Design Blog

When presenting images on a blog it is important that your pictures are not copied from others. Your pictures should be original and unique to yourself. Besides copyright issues, it is also important to ensure that these images are in focus and properly cropped. Make sure that whatever text you put in actually goes with the images. For example, it would seem strange to have a fashion design picture next to a paragraph on acid-base reactions!
The contents of your blog should follow this order:
1. Your original drawing of the fashion piece.
2. Tell us what motif you have chosen to represent the Racial Harmony theme.
3. Explain why you have chosen to design it this way.
4. A coloured final piece of the fashion.
5. Reflections on how fashion can help to promote Racial Harmony.

So this is what it should look like:-

This is my fashion design piece for Racial Harmony Day 2008. I've chosen to use the Mooncake as my motif as the mooncake is sweet and everyone likes to eat it. In recent years the mooncake has also taken on many different forms to appeal to different tastes. Hence this food items is able to pull different races together and allows them to have shared experiences.

I've designed the piece of fashion this was so that women of all races can wear it. It is comfortable and practical which is what the busy women of Singapore want. I've used very bright colours to appeal to women's desire to bright and fresh.

Fashion can help to promote racial harmony as looking presentable can help promote understanding between the races.
